What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 14 days for a refund. All items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

My order has been shipped, but I haven't received it?

When your order was shipped you should have received a tracking link which you can use to see exactly where your parcel is. If you haven’t received it or want us to resend then get in touch here.

How will my package be delivered?

We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.

What countries do you ship to?
